Greetings from West Texas!

Thank you for visiting my little digital home, I sure hope you will vote for me this year. I put this page together in order to help you understand a bit more about my Roadmap for this year in an simple, straightforward and easy to understand format.

I appreciate you for voting for me this year, and cannot wait to serve you. This campaign is all about you, it's not about me. I am your voice. Your voice matters!

Keep in mind you are now beginning an journey with me starting from my humble roots to my now future plans for West Texas to put it front and center in our global technological, business and growth domains. This is something that I have seen pushed into the back-burner with agricultural, ranching and farming needs upfront and center.

While these are the backbone of rural West Texas we have to stay competitive with the other markets, or we will woefully miss the mark under our current leadership that has tunnel vision. This is imperative for our kids, our future and to populate our communities with the right opportunities, leadership capabilities and business markets that are growing at an exceedingly fast rate.

I care about you, your voice, your ideas and your future. To this effect I have come up with my 6-point initiative for our City this year.

1. Community built on solid family's and support systems

2. Providing Clean Water to our Community consistently by preparing better for failures

3. Better Roads so we can preserve our vehicles, our commutes and have better infrastructure

4. Protecting & Preserving our Environment for farming, ranching and agricultural needs

5. Equal Opportunities for everyone with regard to jobs, training & employment opportunities

6. Community Center to mitigate crisis that can serve as a hub for vulnerable citizens

CURRENT ISSUES

Currently during my tenure within the City these are the things that have stood out to me. While this list continues to grow as of the time of writing down the copy for this page these are the issues that in my opinion need to be addressed right away to keep our citizens safe, balanced and productive. While these are not set in stone, I am more than happy to have constructive feedback, positive results based dialogues and discussions that lead to actionable outcomes that could change this list.

1. ONE FAMILY taking control of al the powerful city positions elected offices

2. No substantial progress in the promises made for the past decade

3. ONE FAMILY owned Facebook Group that functions as an Community Platform

4. Open Government Rules openly being flaunted

5. SELF ELECTED MAYORAL office for the past 10 years

6. Citizens in vulnerable positions are setup into hard situations during crisis and neglected

You can trust me to make these Policy Decisions because I come from the place of being a middle class citizen just like you, I did not grow up owning a ranch/farm or having a silver spoon in my mouth to create "magical moments" to make life less hard for me. Everything that I am, I have and am becoming is based on sound reasoning, wisdom and strategic hard work.

This is the same winning mindset that will come into play while I make your decisions, I know how you feel because I am you, I have been there, I have felt that and I have walked in your shoes. Let me make life easier for you!

My initiatives for Stamford, TX include the following:

1. Community built on traditional values ( includes all races: discrimination based on state you moved from, selected golden families, systemic racism, racism among ranchers/farmers not being open to other communities/blue collar professionals, racism in school systems, among who gets hired/not hired in city positions etc)

2. Clean Water ( that is a given, without any threat to our current environment)

3. Better Roads (I have a gaping porthole that has been now classified as a lake, so I get the importance of good roads for all, not just the ones with money)

4. Protecting & Preserving our Environment ( especially keeping our ranching, farming and agricultural stewards in mind, to support them in being profitable, productive and sustainable for our future)

5. Equal Opportunities ( so everyone has an opportunity to do better, be better and chase after their dreams as Citizens of America)

6. Community Center (Crisis Center, One Stop for all City Services and City Center that's free for all without a pay wall)

LEADERSHIP

As an Manager, Teacher and Influencer I have dealt with, seen, played politics up-close and personal for more than two decades with encountering all kinds of people from all over the globe. My international travel experience (France, UK, Caribbeans, Mexico, Germany, Ireland, China, India, Singapore etc) and my interest in global communities will ensure that my treatment will be equitable for all communities within our city regardless of race, culture, faith, socio-economic status or livelihood.

I think our current leadership has become complicated for the common Citizen to understand the workings of the City Open Rule Government policy because the people in office want it that ways. They think by erecting barriers it will discourage people like you from running, and I want to prove that wrong. This is me paving a way for you to gain the experience, leadership and capability to execute this governmental office role just like me.

We have to compete in this global marketplace and we cannot do this if we don't come up with fresh ideas, and fresh ideas come into the Policy's if there is a platform hat can hear, capture and work on them. Let me create an platform for you, where your voice is herd, were we can bring ideas to life and we can together as an community reap the benefits of those ideas.

I want to fix this disconnect for you so it is easier for the average citizen to understand, participate and contribute to the policy making decisions within our city that influence our lifestyle, our work and our families. I want your voice and your ideas to be herd. Period.

Some of the roadblocks we are facing is an "violation" of our Open Government Policy in order to keep people from running the political races.

1. Public Information Act : We have ZERO visibility as to what are the decisions being made for us, what is the annual roadmap and who is making these decisions. Even though the current leadership promised us almost an 10 point list, nothing on that list has been done. We only got gazillion stop signs, a new sign at the square, properties belonging to current leadership as part of their real estate portfolio spruced up while everything else is neglected etc.

2. Open Meetings Act : We have no access to the meetings, as they are aired with poor video quality, sound and immature communication protocols that makes it hard to understand the legalese. In my term I hope to simplify the language. It's not about being the grammar or spelling police, but listening to the idea, grasping it and adding to it. That's the way to communicate. Ideas are precious, everything starts with an idea!

3. Open Reports & Publications Act : Currently the Stamford Community Page is a mockery of the rights of any citizens, they mock citizens who question the condition of the roads, they post platitudes on harassment while currently hosting harassment posts, air the City Council meeting to specific individuals, and have the current leadership policing it which comprises of all family members.

You see we need more people involved in our political process and more good people running for the office, because we need more competition in the marketplace of ideas. That is the only way we can make things better and move towards a better future. We need more good people involved in the process - people like YOU!

People who are willing to speak the truth and speak truth to power! People of integrity who are running for offices for the right reasons, not just for personal gain like we have seen this past decade. People who are authentic, want the job and are not here to serve their agendas or pad their financial portfolios with real estate/business deals. To solve problems, pave the way for our future generations and improve the lives of others. A person who has a passion for helping others.

If you believe you were born to improve lives, change minds with ideas and change the way people think, if you believe you were born to better the course of human destiny then I invite you to get your glass of wine, or cup of coffee/tea, sit down and soak up all that I have to share. I've made this Roadmap simple, straightforward and easy to understand.

If you are that kind of person, I know you will vote for me. Because I am that kind of person.

1. Support Me : As an entrepreneur I am counting on you to support me in this journey not just leading to the campaign but beyond. When I speak of support it is community support, financial support and participation support by voting for me.

2. Vote for Me: Make sure to get to the Early Voting and the D-Day Voting on May 4, 2024 so we can have positive, impactful & much needed change made to impact us long term not just for the current needs. It's time for us to get proactive and not reactive.

3. Participate in the Policy Making Process : Even as the current leadership starts to create barriers for people like you and me, I am here to say that regardless your voice matters, your ideas are important and your needs are as important as anyone else. Let me hear it. So please participate as needed, when asked in the way it needs to be so we can have positive results.
