Role Model

Growing up my Mom has always been my Mentor, Supporter and Role Model. She grew up in a family where women were taught to study till 10th Grade and stop to prepare themselves to be married off to the next suitor. She challenged this mindset at home and paved the way for her next three siblings who were women to also become educators like herself.

My Mom always taught me to aim for the stars, and this encouraged me to participate as the leader and influencer, including earning my way during summer as an teenager, becoming an prayer group leader, being elected as Class Monitor multiple times, finally being chosen to represent my School as the School Captain, including taking on Women's Leadership roles in Saddleback Church Online Small Groups under Jay Kranda for more than a decade, and in general quickly ascending from being an Software Engineer to being an high paying Tech Management Executive for Fortune 100 Companies like Google.com, Salesforce.com & Cisco.com, in Silicon Valley for more than a decade.

Most of my positions have been challenging and having an Role Model that helped me challenge the norms, speak up and chase after what I deserved was an value that has helped me ascend the echelons of success consistently. I hope to do that for you as well and get to attain the success that you deserve.

Success Factors...

While mom taught us to chase our dreams and sacrificed to make that happen for us growing up. Our dad taught us to be consistent, gritty and strategic in how we do life and create success. Many times when things happened to me due to someone else not being happy for me, that I decided to sweep up under the rug, dad was like nope, you got to go there and fight for your rights.

So early on this became a pattern, when I was in the right, it was not an option for me to overlook it but state my case and create an winning outcome. My Dad was a jack of all trades, and it was because of him that my Mom went on to do her M.Ed or Masters in Education when she was in her late forties that allowed her to become a Professor to teaching Teachers on how to teach.

I still remember trying to learn how to ride my bike, when dad told me in my ear that he was holding my bike without the training wheels and that I should keep riding. Little did I know it was a lie, I was riding all by myself and did not even know it. This training to be brutal and tenacious when it comes to learning, trying and succeeding in new things come from my Dad.

My success is owed to his courage, sacrifice and his efforts to instill those same qualities in us growing up. We had the first computer, best of what life could offer and he did not settle on nothing but the best for his family.

This is a quality that we need to bring about for our success as well, we need to be tenacious, not give up and keep at it till we Succeed. I sincerely believe we can do this together!

My expertise is in Hi-Tech, Business and Strategic Marketing with majority of my learning being on the job and having to come up with out of the box solutions that not only meet the current need, but can be replicated and implemented for the future. I am brought into businesses that are struggling, and create my magic to get them up and running yielding multi-million dollar profits - that makes them happy, and it gives me additional tools in my toolbelt.

As a global traveller my experience both in work and life is unparalleled to this role as my goal is to bring Rural America on the map as an current competitor that can beat any other city in the United States or the Globe with regard to business, technology and policy improvements. At heart I am a mom, a sister, a teacher, an business owner and an entrepreneur.

I always teach my students, peers and fans to believe in themselves, do the work and be strategic in the outcomes they would like to see. I never do anything for the sake of, everything is orchestrated, streamlined and is there for a reason. Another thing that I love is adapting the philosophy of Extreme Agile Project management, Failing forward and getting an mindset of being an Lifelong Learner. These things have not failed me!

Since I did grow up in an two parent, healthy loving home with Christian values and subsequently having encountered the Lord, Jesus Christ in my teen angst years, you could know if you've had any contact with me that my values are morally, spiritually and politically driven by the love of our Lord for the people around me.

So it means if I have to tell you something that you might not like, you would still hear it, because that is what is being prompted by the Holy Spirit. It does make for some awkward conversations but as a Spirit filled believer my first loyalty is towards our Lord, and being in his grace is what will benefit you as Citizens as well. The wisdom, that God has in how he executes his plan for his people is unparalleled in my book, and to date have not been disappointed.

While I do understand that not everybody shares the same faith my role in making financial, policy and executive decisions in my role will stem from the wisdom of God and not necessarily from a place of criticism, judgement or forcing my faith on someone else. Everybody has free will, and I respect each and every one of you, and will make those hard decisions with wisdom from above so you can go about enjoying your life, meeting your goals and living the life of your dreams.
